The Managing Partner of the Practice Area is Juan Manuel Arboledaa lawyer with more than 20 years of practice, who has extensive experience in the sector, having been an advisor for more than 5 years to the Legal Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and another as an advisor to technical legislative units of the Congress of the Republic.
